  Canceled me when I had took time off work then got stuck in traffic on a day I had to work and they canceled me for being 15minutes late after driving and hour in traffic. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stay away.

  Took my car for a windshield replacement on the 28th and used my wiper blades on the 29th to clean the windshield and noticed the arms overlapped and did not work. I brought my car to them with working windshield wiper arms and got my car returned with arms that aren’t functional peak storm season. I called safelite to have them fix their mistake and they say I must go through a warranty for something they messed up.. ok, fine. Then I ask the soonest available time because if it rains I’m screwed, not only will I not be able to see, I won’t be able to go to work, go anywhere and that’s not only a major inconvenience but a very big safety concern and risk. They said their soonest available time is Saturday the 4th and I asked if I’m able to drop off prior to 8am because I work at 8am… he said sure let me check, he checks and the soonest he can put me at is Friday the 3rd. They say they’re sorry and that they’re trying to help but the truth is so evident that they cannot even acknowledge that they created a huge issue that could result in injury and it needs immediate attention. I took my car to the shop on a Saturday when it was already inconvenient for me. Now I have to wait an additional week and god forbid it storms during peak storm season and I’m on the highway. I could crash. The wipers overlapped and do not work! How can you mess that up, not check, return the car, charge the prices that you charge ($403 with discount), and then further inconvenience the person and expect they’d ever trust to do business with you ever again?! How? This is unreasonable! I understand schedules get busy but when you create a literal safety concern… that’s where I’ll draw the line and absolutely call it out. God forbid I swerve on the highway and die. God forbid I lose my child I am carrying because of this. I asked several times if I can just drop the car off before 8am this week so I can get to work on time and still perform my job duties and then proceed with my life safely, again all of which is extremely wrong, difficult for me, and a major inconvenience that I trusted this company to perform a service so inadequately!!! They can’t even create the time to fix their mistake? How do you put the wiper arms back on so poorly that they don’t even wipe and get caught on each other to the point it doesn’t even move? Just wrong. The guy on the phone could have done more. The guy on the phone was extremely dismissive and did not help!

  My technician Ethan was great! As he was replacing my windshield, he answered all of my questions. He was friendly and courteous. He even called me later to say that he forgot to reconnect the windshield washer line. No problem for me but it was the thought that he went out of his way to let me know.

  Outstanding service from the initial phone call to the completion of work. I was really impressed with how well Safelite kept me up to date through the entire process. The tech was very professional and I liked that at no extra charge they came to my work to replace the windshield.

  I had used Safelite in the past and was satisfied with service. However, this time I was very disappointed how difficult it was to communicate-they, like most companies, have gone away from providing phone numbers so you must contact through web. The day before appointment I received voicemail message my appointment was moved to Friday-totally unacceptable due to plate renewal, and safety inspection all waiting on windshield replacement. Upon lodging a complaint to Cheyenne in Customer Care I was completely amazed at the professional and warm and efficient way it was handled! The job was done perfectly by technician Ethan, who arrived promptly and proceeded to prepare my vehicle for the replacement windshield. He so carefully removed the broken windshield, had to completely remove all dried out and cracked seals, cleaned thoroughly as he went. His attention to detail was impressive. I would definitely recommend Safelite, especially since it went from an unfortunate terrible start to me being completely satisfied and impressed with the level of quality of the repair! Safelite is the best!
