Bought our beautiful Yukon Denali here. We feel like they outdid themselves. Eric in service is great, as well as Chad in finance. Both gentlemen communicated promptly. A few issues presented themselves with the vehicle prior to delivery, but they took care of everything no questions asked. I feel super confident in our choice to purchase with them, they’ve been more than accommodating to us and all of our needs. From answering phone calls, responding immediately to a voicemail, providing a rental car while working on the issues. Overall just really amazing customer service experience. I genuinely feel like they care about us. We will most likely purchase our next vehicle from Plaza Motors.

Good morning where to start as a repeat customer to Mercedes-Benz that has been totally let down. As a family business, this is our second sprinter van from this location and both times have been a total disaster. Now our new 2024 sprinter has been in the shop eight times in the last two months with this Mercedes service department at this location every time changing the same sensor twice sometimes telling me oh we dropped the ball and didn’t program the new parts. Now our van is back in there, with an unknown wait to how long they will have it which will affect my business. I was also told don’t leave the new sprinter Idling, if that was on the windshield I would’ve never bought the van, we service winter/summer and you need your air conditioner and heat. I would highly advise if you are a business looking to grow and expand move on from buying a new sprinter, especially from this location. I’ve tried multiple times just to get what I paid for fixed and for some reason that can’t be done. Talked with the service manager AJ. He’s the one informed me that they dropped the ball and didn’t reprogram the parts, to just a day and a half later being in the exact same situation that we’ve been the last seven times. I have told them that the DPF filter is sticking, losing idle getting on the highway extremely dangerous and that the sprinter doctor on YouTube said that this was an issue. The more dealings I have with this place, the less impressed I become. A while back (before winter), my wife took her car in for service here. Two events occurred that left me feeling unimpressed overall. I knew we needed tires a week prior to the service visit and I had ordered them from elsewhere. During the service visit, they tried to get my wife to convince me to cancel the other order and buy tires from them. If that wasn't smarmy enough... About a month ago, I needed my OBD reader. It was a $180 high-quality bluetooth capable reader...not some Chinese knock-off. It was plugged in to the Mercedes OBD port when we took it in for service. My scanning program also has a memory of the last vehicle I connected to...our Mercedes. Well, it disappeared from our car. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until a couple months after the service. So...not only do I believe these people are smarmy, I believe they are thieves as well. This is not the first time I have had honesty issues with Plaza Motors/MBoC(same company).

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in October 2025. To date they still have not given me the title to this vehicle. The title is 5 months late. Horrible dealership with managers who do not have the interests of the customer in mind. Do not buy a vehicle from this unlawful dealership.
