    Weldon was wonderful he even did the test drive for me when I wanted to just ride. He was kind of quiet it really informative and made sure I got what I wanted and he even brought my new car to my home for me. Thank you again Weldon I will be sending other people your way .

    Unprofessional children as "sales associates". Hung up on me mid sentence after refusing to come down on the price of a vehicle a single cent. While discussing price. I'll never buy from this joke of a dealer.

    This was my first time buying a vehicle from Jim Trenary- O'Fallon. I want to thank Phillip Flores for the exceptional attention and time that he offered me when looking for a dependable vehicle. He is a great person to work with, from my first phone call inquiring, to driving my new car off the lot, the entire process was excellent. Phillip worked with me to get me into a great vehicle, I was able to purchase a beautiful 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ, and the miles and the price were perfect. Phillip did everything he could to make sure that my purchasing experience was top notch. I would definitely recommend customers in search of a dependable and affordable vehicle. I am giving A Huge Shoutout to Phillip Flores.

    I recently purchased a used car here for $10,200 after my previous vehicle was totaled. While I want to give a huge shout-out to Jacob in sales who was professional, communicative, and truly did his best, the rest of my experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional for a first time buyer. The Main Issues: The AC "Repair" Loop: I bought the car with a known AC issue that the dealership promised to fix. It took multiple trips, the wrong parts being ordered, and ineffective "fixes" before it actually worked. At one point, it was delivered to my house supposedly "fixed," only for the AC to not turn on at all. Lack of Communication: Outside of Jacob, I had to call the service department daily for updates. No one proactively reached out to let me know the status of my vehicle, leading me to cancel several important doctor's appointments due to my accident because I didn't know when I’d have a car. "Detailing" Delays: I was told three separate times the car was being detailed. Each time I received it, it was still dirty. We eventually gave up and detailed it ourselves. Title/Paperwork Lag: I was told the title would be mailed in a week. It wasn't actually sent until two weeks later, leaving me with a tiny window to register the vehicle before my temp tags expired. It felt like because I wasn't buying a "high-end" sports car or financing, my business wasn't a priority. $10,000 is a lot of money to me, and I expected better communication. I know this business recently cleaned house so I understand that time period of a business trying the find a good flow and process with new staff but this was so stressful overall. I do not plan on going back.

    Purchasing a car usually sucks, but I had a great experience here. I worked with Jacob and his manager(Bryan, I think) in the used vehicle section. They were both great. Didn't feel like I was getting jerked around like I have at other places in the past. They were just honest and didn't keep me waiting on anything. I worked with James(finance manager/director?) for my financing. Probably the most down to earth person I've ever interacted with in the sales industry. Definitely recommending this place to people in the future. Thanks for the sweet new(to me) ride fellas.
