    Great car wash! Friendly attendants! Bonus they have a haunted car wash at night during Halloween time! Will only be using this car wash from now on.

    Come here all the time, excellent for lowered vehicles which is what I have and always does an amazing wash. All the employees are also super nice and professional and are always helpful.

    I like Tommy's and I've used them nationwide with good results. That said, it seems nearly every Tommy's I've gone to there's been some issue. For example the one here in spring Hill, the panel that tells you to put your car in neutral as soon as you enter the tunnel has been inoperative for weeks. Also I've encountered some of the brushes, if that's what you want to call them inoperative as well. Especially the ones that hang down and sway back and forth. Sometimes they are swaying and wiping the bugs off your windshield and other times they are not. I looked around at a number of different car washes when I was considering a subscription and ended up at Tommy's since it really did the best job. But like I said, it seems like they are slipping a little bit downhill. That's why only four stars. If they keep slipping, I'll be back here for an update and remove a star.
