  Website says they’re open on Sunday. Call and make an appointment for 4pm. Show up ahead of time to appointment and the door is locked. There are a couple of men working in the lot so I go over and they look up and say that they are closed on Sunday. I told them that I called and set an appointment. They said that they know that this is a problem and the call service isn’t direct. So they know of the problem and still don’t fix it. Poor business practice.

  Tried calling for 50 minutes so I can pay over the phone and at least get my truck back this evening. NOPE!!! NEVER successful!!! The call center is useless as well!!! Oh yeah said they "we sent a message to the manager..." Yeah if anyone was. I think they make up their own hours, especially when it cones to closing!! If you close at 6pm or sooner then advised that!!! Don't say you are open to 7pm when you are not!!

  Made an appointment. No one showed. Store says closed written on a paper sign. Their customer service seems completely unaware that their store is closed. Wasted my time and now I won't be able to get another appointment for an inspection today. I was only in the state for this one day so their disorganization screwed up my tag renewal.

  I walked in telling that there was a nail in my tire. He went out of his way to help me. It was lunchtime and he was alone. Within 20 minutes he had me on my way

  LJ and Kyle at the O'Fallon, MO store saved my day. I was stuck with a flat tire, with no jack. I was a little down the road, and I had been having a terrible day. The manager, LJ, said he would send someone to get my tire off the car and bring it to the shop to put a new one on the rim, then bring the tire back to my car. Kyle showed up not too long after. He was very kind. He took my tire off the car and brought me and my son with him to wait at the shop while they put the new tire on my rim. They worked quickly to get it done as soon as they could. These guys were my literal heroes. I can't thank them enough. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this shop! Thanks guys!
