    Great quick visit to this store. Clark was polite, attentive, helpful, well-mannered and made me feel appreciated as a customer. Store was clean, well-stocked and organized. I like this store!

    Tried to use their new tea machine touch screen did not operate very well. We wanted sugar added to our tea, but it was out. The employee at the register was rude about it. Yeah, we know, it's out sorry. When my wife and I were leaving the store there were two female employees cleaning the tea area.When we said something to them about it and they basically just said yeah we know. Your new tea system should be fully stocked and operational at all times if you want people to use it. We use quick trip in the independence and Kansas city area all the time and do not get that type of response from the employees when we have a question about something. We stopped here to get gas and drinks. Don't think we'll ever use that location again while traveling through saint louis and surrounding area.

    Worst experience every plus bad service and little to no room inside of building. Tried to get gas and they couldn't even get gas to the correct pump needless to say I had to go back and fourth 4 times from the pump to the building ended up getting zero gas 30 mins. later. I figured that they were just busy but that was a false assumption went back a week later only for the same thing to happen again. I will no longer go to quick trip anymore because of this! Thank you for your time.
