I used to use this particular EVGO station on HWY K several times per month and always had good luck with it. I have a ChargeNow card and my charging is covered by BMW. For the last month the card reader on the machine has been disabled for every thing except credit card. The other icon is still there but it's grayed out. I took down the station number and called it in thinking they would fix the issue. Unfortunately, the last 3 times I've tried to charge, I have to call from the machine to start a charge. In every situation they have to reboot the machine and the entire call winds up adding 15 to 20 minutes on top of my 30 minute charge time. When I called again today, I found they still hadn't opened a ticket for repair. Terrible customer experience. 45 minutes to get a charge plus just the nonsense of standing out in the heat to call their customer service line every time. Next car is a Tesla and I won't shop EVGO again.
