  The employees at this Dobbs are very friendly. They made it a lot easier for me to figure out what to do with my car. Sometimes when you go to a car store as feminine presenting, the men working there talk down to you. I don't think this would ever be an issue at this Dobbs. I definitely recommend them for auto services. :)

  First time I used Dobbs. And could not have been happier. Walked in, told them the problem I was experiencing with my car and they immediately said, "No problem, we can fix that." ( One tire kept going flat). They said it would be about an hour and a half wait. So, I left the car with them and went home. I was home for less than an hour and they called and said it was fixed. Super pleased with their service! And the cost was only $35 for the repair. Which I thought was pretty reasonable.

  Way too expensive. They wanted $300 to replaced a fuel filter on a diesel pick up truck. Just paid $277 for oil change and tire rotation on the same truck. I won’t be coming back, there is way better places at better prices. Update. I just check the life left on the fuel filter because sales person told me that it was time to get new filter but I know it was changed out few weeks before by a mechanic in our shop and the life of the filter is at 89%. What a bunch of crooks, doing this to people is just wrong and unethical.

  I had a pretty good experience considering no one likes having to have unexpected car work done that needs to be paid for when you least expect it lol. But Joshua and all of the guys at the newer Bryan Rd location especially have all been fantastic helping diagnose and figure out the emissions issues in my 07 Chevy Cobalt. My father always says I can trust Dobbs and I can see why, they shoot it to you straight and don’t push too hard on the upsell, which is understandable them needing to do, but no one likes too much pressure and they are all very good about explaining things in layman’s terms for those who might not know as much and not pushing too much for extra work to be done unless very needed. I was told one price and It ended up being higher for the diag but it may have been a different type I needed from the first call to second one. And ended up paying a little over $100 to fix one little wire but evidently in a pretty difficult place to get to so was easier to have them guarantee the work. I don’t feel like that warrants deducting a star so feeling good about giving 5 stars for the overall experience so far as I still have to put some miles on the car before getting it to pass emissions but so far so good and will continue giving my business going forward n do recommend!!

  I had a flat tire and after putting air in it I realized it was not inflating and Dobbs was across the street. I drove in told them my problem. They got me in right away and I was back on the road in 30mis headed to work. It was quick, they were amazing and it was a great experience.
