  Had nail in a tire. Marc and the crew bent over backwards to the car back on the road. Great place to go.

  I called this morning inquiring for an emission test…..guy on the phone was nice and informative, told me to come in and they should be done in about 30 mins. I get there and the guy Mike an older guy with a low cut has the worst attitude ever, you would think I disturbed his morning by showing up to his job that he’s employed at. Anyway he gives me nothing but attitude and rudeness and says oh we will not be done until 3 (it’s 11:30) because we have to squeeze you in our schedule. I just walk away and leave even though I was told something completely different 10 mins ago on the phone but I refuse to feed into an already rude worker. Will NEVER be back here! Thanks Mike! Side note: I didn’t mind the time change I understand things can change, the way the employee Mike interacted with me was the problem.

  I had an appointment for emissions testing. After 90 minutes (should have been less than 30 minutes with an appt) of waiting they told me my back tires were completely worn out and needed replacing. I called my husband and he wanted them to put the new ones on the front and move the front tires to the back. Dobbs said they wouldn't do that so I said to go ahead and put them on the back. Marc said it would take about 90 minutes and would be $300. After 2 hours I went to the desk to check on my car and he said it was just waiting on alignment, but that the store would close in an hour and a half, so I would just need to bring it back in the morning for them to align. I brought it back and they wanted to charge me another $200 for the alignment. So I question if I were to have continued to wait the day before, would they have done the alignment without telling me about the additional $200 charge??? I said No and left. They also wanted to sell me new brakes, pads etc. UPCHARGE! An emissions test that should have been less than 30 minutes turned in to a nearly 4 hour event on day one and another hour of my time on day two. Too bad Valvoline stopped doing emissions testing!

  Said they couldn't find noise wrong with vehicle. After paying $75 for a diagnosis that they said would be free i don't make it out of the parking lot without hearing the noise. Drove around with a mechanic he said he'd take another look but never found the cause.
