  Wife took her Escape there and had brakes. A few days later the pedal goes to the floor. Another $1400+ and 5 days without the car.

  If you have a nice car don't go here. They will physically damage the car after you ask them to be careful. Then your wheels will get scuffed too. Only to be told they didnt do that to the wheels. Why are there stuffs on each wheel in similar spots after you balanced them?

  Excellent, rapid repair to a road hazard incident with two roofing nails removed from one tire, for no cost. My car is back in service again, so I am very pleased. Hopefully, the tire patch will hold air for the remainder of the tire tread life.

  There's a whole back story here which isn't important, but the short of it is that I was in town for an emergency and I was overdue for an oil change (which I had scheduled back home). My car began throwing more and more aggressive warning lights at me to get my oil changed, so I went for a walk in. I knew that a walk in would take probably more time, but I also knew that I needed to get it done. I walked in and they squeezed me in. I was in and out in about an hour. It was a great experience. They did a great job and were accommodating me in my moment of need. Hats off to Reid and the crew!
