To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my serious concerns about the unfair treatment I recently experienced at your store, particularly disappointing given that I have been a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars with your business over the years.
I brought my vehicle in for what I believed would be a routine brake service and oil change. Shortly after dropping off my car, I received a call informing me that I would also need new rotors because your facility lacks the equipment to resurface them. This immediately increased my cost from approximately $800 to $1,200. When the oil change was added, the total exceeded $1,300.
While this amount was already stretching my budget—especially in today's challenging economic climate—I understood the work was necessary and reluctantly approved the service.
However, when I arrived at the store to pick up my vehicle after being told the work was complete, I was shocked to discover the final bill had jumped to nearly $1,500. When I questioned this significant price difference, your employee Scott casually explained that the $1,300 figure he had quoted me earlier did not include taxes.
This lack of transparency and the continuous escalation of costs without clear, upfront communication is absolutely unacceptable. I feel misled and taken advantage of as a customer. I expect better service and honest pricing from a business I have supported so generously.
This big corporate chain is terrible tire package is scam all they will do is find a reason to sell you new tires and not fix a nail in tire they damage my sidewall when they rotated my tires said not a problem just small knick but then when I had a nail in that same tire said there was damaged in the tire needed a new one didn't say nothing about nail in the tire they are all about getting another sale not providing the service you originally paid for
Had nail in a tire. Marc and the crew bent over backwards to the car back on the road. Great place to go.
I called this morning inquiring for an emission test…..guy on the phone was nice and informative, told me to come in and they should be done in about 30 mins. I get there and the guy Mike an older guy with a low cut has the worst attitude ever, you would think I disturbed his morning by showing up to his job that he’s employed at. Anyway he gives me nothing but attitude and rudeness and says oh we will not be done until 3 (it’s 11:30) because we have to squeeze you in our schedule. I just walk away and leave even though I was told something completely different 10 mins ago on the phone but I refuse to feed into an already rude worker. Will NEVER be back here! Thanks Mike!
Side note: I didn’t mind the time change I understand things can change, the way the employee Mike interacted with me was the problem.

I had an appointment for emissions testing. After 90 minutes (should have been less than 30 minutes with an appt) of waiting they told me my back tires were completely worn out and needed replacing. I called my husband and he wanted them to put the new ones on the front and move the front tires to the back. Dobbs said they wouldn't do that so I said to go ahead and put them on the back. Marc said it would take about 90 minutes and would be $300. After 2 hours I went to the desk to check on my car and he said it was just waiting on alignment, but that the store would close in an hour and a half, so I would just need to bring it back in the morning for them to align. I brought it back and they wanted to charge me another $200 for the alignment. So I question if I were to have continued to wait the day before, would they have done the alignment without telling me about the additional $200 charge??? I said No and left. They also wanted to sell me new brakes, pads etc. UPCHARGE! An emissions test that should have been less than 30 minutes turned in to a nearly 4 hour event on day one and another hour of my time on day two. Too bad Valvoline stopped doing emissions testing!
