Verbatim that's what they said. So I open a claim with valvoline. Valvoline just called me back and these Car X clowns implied that it was NOT overfilled and that it was not valvolines fault. Why tell me that then? They are liars and theives. Tried to charge me over $700 for a part that was only $250. I used to bring all my families vehicle there...
