  Customer service from the front desk lady (Marsha) is the worst I have ever experienced. She is rude and very unprofessional. Second of all the repair time kept getting extended. Once I got a call that my jeep was done, when I arrived it was not. Then afterwards it still took an additional 3 days to finish it when the worker even said “it is an easy quick fix”. Lastly the jeep was dropped off with over half a tank of gas and when picked up the gas was less than a quarter and only 55 miles till E. The mileage that was put on the paperwork was not accurate and it was made to look as if you all only put 8 miles in the whole time it was in the shop. One of the workers didn’t even know how to respond when asked about the gas situation. This was very unprofessional and the worst experience by far that I have had. I do not recommend and will not recommend this place to anyone.

  While my problem was a small one on my 2002 pickup truck, Troy treated me like I was bringing in a Ferrari for major repairs. He listened to my concerns about my ole truck with sincere interest and asked me probing questions. They did the necessary repairs in less than 6 hours charging me less than $300. Based on estimates I had received from other shops I was afraid it was going to cost me more than $800. I cannot say enough about the courteous and friendly staff, their professionalism, the clean office and facilities, and how good it felt to be treated with respect even though I’m nobody special or important.

  Thank you, Gerber! I just picked up my car, which looks like new. My insurance arranged for my car to get repaired through Gerber. They did beautiful work, and they made the whole process convenient and pleasant. The work was completed in a timely manner, as well. Thanks again to them! _____________________________ Update: I'd like to add an additional "thank you" to Gerber! It's months later, and my car exterior still looks beautiful! The shine they put on my car has been longlasting. Also, they didn't have to do this -- but they went out of their way to beautifully detail the inside of my car! When I picked my car up months ago, I was still a bit upset and distracted from the hit-and-run, and it didn't register right away that Gerber had cleaned every surface and throughly vaccuumed the front and back. They also respectfully put all of my items in the trunk that I had left in there when I dropped off the car. I have been meaning to update this post and say thank you to them for a while now. Thank you again, Gerber!

  John and the host were super kind and very helpful. My Jaguar looks good as new! There’s no other place I’d take a damaged vehicle. This location only 🔥🔥🔥 10/10.
