  A "same day job" turned into a 6 day ordeal. My check engine light was on for a faulty oil sensor. My husband was told by the manager Aaron that they could replace it that same day and do an oil change. They then said they couldn't do it and they'll get to it the next day. No big deal. The following day, the technician then broke two parts in my car while replacing the sensor that made it undrivable.... As my car sat in the shop for 6 days, they failed to do the oil change because they forgot. The manager said he would take some money off and told us an amount (still an outrageous amount considering what they did). Upon our arrival to get my car, they told us a higher price then what was given over the phone. At that point, we were tired of arguing with them and couldn't get the keys fast enough to just leave. There's a reason they offer coupons as soon as you call the number. They are inconsistent with what they say they are able to do with repairs and with pricing.

  Always enjoy every time I come into get an oil change or anything needed for a vehicle. Aaron and Jerry are doing a great job here and I greatly appreciate their customer service but also the ability to get you in and out and get you back on the road in no time. The facility looks amazing. The waiting area for customers if you have a little bit longer services are nice, but also you have the ability to watch your vehicle being worked on as well. So I give this place 10 stars if I could check them out if you need anything for your vehicle.

  New manager Aaron was very professional, upfront on costs and provided sound recommendations about what could wait for repairs or service and what should be performed now on my vehicle. Very fast service with value.

  The folks working here are super polite and helpful! Got me in for service right away on a Saturday. They really take the time to explain what may need done based on the recommendations of your vehicle’s manufacturer. Special shout-out to Joey and Aaron!

  The customer service was genuinely excellent, and we truly appreciated the experience overall—especially because of Riki. His demeanor was very pleasant, professional, and welcoming, and the educational aspect of the service really stood out. Riki took the time to clearly explain what was being done, helped us understand the services, and communicated in a way that showed his priority wasn’t just the car itself, but making sure it was properly serviced and that we felt confident throughout the process. It was very evident through the way Riki interacted with us that he genuinely cares about customers, not just completing a task. That level of care gave me real confidence to return here for future service needs. He represents the business extremely well and deserves recognition from ownership and management for his professionalism and customer-focused approach. There were, however, a couple of areas that could be improved. First, I had the impression that I had an appointment scheduled for a specific time and even called ahead to confirm, but it appeared that the appointment notification had not been received. This created some initial confusion and could be frustrating for customers planning their day around an appointment. The second issue involved pricing transparency. I was quoted a certain price on the website, but the final total ended up being $30 or more higher than the quoted amount. That difference is significant and should be clearly communicated upfront. Online pricing should accurately reflect total service costs—including taxes and fees—so customers can properly budget without surprise increases. Overall, the service—particularly from Riki—was excellent. With clearer appointment communication and accurate, transparent pricing online, this would be an outstanding experience.
