I told them I needed to be in and out rather quickly because I had other appointments and they had my car in a bay before I could even sit down. They communicated very efficiently and kept me up to date on everything during my service. This place is awesome!
- ADabigail davisOct 24, 20251.0terrible experience, been dealing with this location since may 3rd. went in for a tire repair, instead of patching it the hole was ripped even larger. mind you, the guy that did the repair did not mention this. was having issues afterwards(low psi), took it to good year which btw was amazing service. Gentleman stated he didn’t know how i drove on it for as long as i did (nearly 2 weeks) without it blowing out because the mechanics error. contacted jiffy lube to go about a refund, this went back and forth for several months, the manager mark and assistant archie did not take care of this matter. and i quote “they are issuing a check in the mail” they said this several times… they actually lost the documentation i provided, TWICE might i add. then provided us with a phone number to send the documents a third time, then proceeded to admit they gave us a FAKE NUMBER. they also stated that they couldn’t give us an upper management number to handle this issue. so basically we were just out of luck! i do not recommended giving jiffy lube any business. they are extremely unprofessional, quite rude, & inexperienced. jiffy lube, take action to do right by your customers.
