I blew out a tire a month ago and pulled into the Auto Zone parking lot while I walked around the store calling tow truck companies to get a tow to the tire shop. Jay not only offered to put my spare on for me, but he actually took the time to show me how to do it when I asked. Truly went above and beyond. This man is such an asset to this business - you rarely see people go the extra mile these days. I’m very grateful! He did not even want to take any payment when I attempted to give him some money. Just a good dude. Thank you, Jay!
