  Omg I had originally order a new windshield for my 2002 Lincoln LS on Dec 17th 2025 they set my appointment for Dec 22nd 2025 an the tech showed up at my house to do the windshield well it was all going well until we heard a loud banging noise an it was the tech using a rubber malit on the windshield to get it installed an then he came knocking on the door to let me know that the new windshield was also broken after he got on the car well he called his manger an the manger was supposed to be in contacted with me an that they were going to replace it again with a new windshield on Dec 27th 2025 well the 27th came an went no call no show from safelite. So I was on the phone all day long on Sat trying to find out why they weren't here an they rescheduled the appointment again on Dec 31st 2025 well again no call no show from safelite. I finally got ahold of john in customer service an he got ahold of the manger for the nixa mo store an explain what was going on well come to find out they never called to have the windshield ordered yet so I was told on the 31st that it wasn't ordered until yesterday which would have been on the 30th of Dec. So I asked for a full refund an they are refusing to give me my money back or even talk to me now I'm going to get my lawyers involved in this matter due to its been a week an 3 days an still no call from them or a regional manager for that matter they need to refund me the full amount of $311.00 for the windshield an they need to replace my windshield that's still cracked an it's cracking worst because of the cold weather an they need to give me 2 sets of windshield wiper blades for my car. this is getting out of hand an i am not going to stand for anymore so a regional manger needs to contact me asap this is the before pics of my windshield an the after pics of the new windshield with the new cracks in it

  Just had the windshield replaced on my truck. Richard, the technician doing the installation was beyond professional (give this man a raise!) I could not be happier with the outcome and service provided, and the new windshield looks fantastic. I will most definitely recommend to others, and will be a returning customer should the need arise.

  I learned that my Toyota had to have windows replaced at the facility. I've had other vehciles done at my office. We also learned that my rear view mirror camera was missing a mounting clip. This required a trip to Toyota to order and have it installed, then brought back to Safelite. The gentleman were always patient and kind regarding the situation, which delayed everything, required extra time out of my schedule to resechedule with Safelite and Toyota to resolved the issue. They really did focus on trying to get the job done right and communicate with me from the start. That's all you can ask for with a service based business like this. Great job Nixa team!

  If I could give less stars, I would!!! I've used Safelite multiple times before, never had any issues. I had an appointment for them to come to my place of employment to replace my windshield today, 12/31 with a window of 8am-12pm. No one showed. So, after I got off work, I called Safelite 3x. Was supposed to get a call from the manager, never happened. So, my last call being escalated to customer care, I let her know that I was just going to the shop (in Nixa, MO) to find out what's going on. So I get here, and turns out that my windshield was damaged in transit!!! I was told 2 different people called me, which is did not get (I screenshot my call log and there was only 1 maybe spam call, but definitely not 2, wish I could attach the screenshot). Now I will be calling customer care back because if that information was put in the notes, they should have had that information to give me. 0 out of 5 Stars.

  Safelite in Nixa, MO provided great service after my windshield was badly cracked. Booking was incredibly fast and easy, and the service time - and price - was as quoted...no surprises. The person who helped me was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and shared advice on car insurance so I could save money if I am in this situation again. Definitely recommend for an easy booking experience and fast, quality service.
