  Terrible place!!!!! Warning!!!!!! Do not use!!!!! They will charge your card for other things and then lie about it. Bank will have to fight for you to get your money back…… DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

  One of my companies’s vehicles had a long crack in the windshield and needed replaced. Anytime one of the trucks is down we lose money, so I was very happy to see. They had a Saturday morning appointment time they got started properly and had it done within two hours, including recalibrating everything everyone at the office was very informative and helpful and explained the warranty etc.. They cleaned up after themselves and everything looks and works great

  They replaced my window, the guy working on it didn't put rivets back on my side trim so now its may fly off and kill someone on highway, also never put my top trim back on and says they can't get it, scratched my new widow, and bottom trim didn't put it back under wiper right, so basically not one part done right, and they say they will fix it but 4 months later nothing. Im ready to go.down there kick my widow out.and leave it at the front desk and leave to get a lawyer, theses people should not work on cars, they have 1 week to call me. I been there so many times im sick of hearing the run around. And holes in corner of windows.look great don't they...... 5 days later and no one called me like they said in response to my comment, Monday gonna start seeing which lawyer im gonna put money on. And I'll write back for anyone to watch a video of me going to the shop and kicking out my window, and giving it back, window snatched and trim looks like crap, I can't stand the way this looks. And gonna get estimates and how much to weld and repaint the steel between door.windows and windshield since they drill huge holes to put plastic carpet holder clips in the holes cause the tech forgot to bring a rivet gun.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Safelite for my window replacement. Mr. Caleb King was outstanding—his service knowledge and experience really showed from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the process clearly. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I truly appreciate the level of care and expertise he provided and would highly recommend Safelite, especially if you get the chance to work with Caleb.

  Had my windshield replaced on Saturday January 31, on Tuesday February 3rd, I noticed pits in the windshield when the sun hit it. Safelight says its impossible for the glass to have pits from the manufacturer. What a load of rubbish. Do not use this place. They won't stand behind their glass, saying it was impacts and wont cover it under warranty. In two days, impossible. A window ought to last longer than 2 days. The more I look at this windshield, the more i'm convinced that they put a used windshield in my truck
