- JSJ SmithAug 4, 20251.0What a nightmare. “We sell propane, we would never tell anyone they don’t need propane, but you ma’am YOU don’t need propane.” Appliance instructions say if it doesn’t work and propane is low, first buy more propane. What is the red line for? Why must I go without hot water every time. Made us so desperate we got ripped off on a new hot water heater. Installed wrong, used 6 months of propane in two months. But this time they know I don’t need propane till winter. So incredibly stupid they are impossible to deal with. I paid extra $40 for them to monitor usage. So glad my annual rental is expiring!
