  I reserved car 24 hrs ahead through call and was confirmed through email, when we were about to step out to pick a car they called said they don’t have any cars available for us. Why would they even take reservations if they can’t make car available? It was important trip and They ruined my trip in last moment.

  Very reliable and prompt service! Loved how they dealt with repair facility and was able to have rental car delivered and picked up there. Would highly recommend them!

  Reserved a car and received confirmation on the app and by email. Received a phone call that they did not have any cars available until Monday. This was an important trip that I needed to make over the weekend and could not wait until Monday. It would be nice if the App would notify you at the time of making the reservation that no cars are available so that I could have contacted another company.

  BEWARE!!!!!!! We had a van rented for our trip. I went to pick up 20 min before reservation. The gentleman pulled out a jeep Cherokee. I selected van because I needed the seating. The gentleman proceeded to tell me if you wanted to wait they had one scheduled for 10 to return an hour after my reservation. Not including cleaning it. I asked bout my reservation he said those aren't sent in stone. I had my confirmation and reservation paperwork.
