  I have reservations at 8 am no one there help me for my rental they was close and it’s happen every single time in Mexico branch they need to close that location if they not provide services .i have to cancelled my trip and I been calling to Coustomer service multiple times and they not even help me

  We drove from las vegas to missouri. The first car we had the transmission blew up. It happened in the mountains. They were very quick to get us a replacement vehicle. One thing I would suggest is to make sure you visually inspect your vehicle before leaving. I was promised a sedan, and they wanted to give me a vehicle smaller than a volkswagen. When I said that was unacceptable, they wanted to charge me extra for getting what they called a midsize car. That is what I call a very small car. The replacement vehicle, on the other hand was an s u v and had everything needed in it and a very nice car.

  Awesome group if folks in Mexico, MO. Phone agents are so nice! Only problem I've had is the car never has a full tank of gas in Casper Wy, and the agent says they will note it but I play it safe and drop the car off with a full tank. 9 out 10 the note never makes it to the comments, so I just don't even worry about anymore. But will continue to do business with them.

  ***WARNING** This location IN Mexico Mo. when chosen on Google maps is not a location for car pickups, it is a satelite office located in an Auto Body repair facility. It does not have cars on site or a person to speak with. The phone number on the Google listing in Mexico MO. rings to an office in Columbia MO. where cars are available for pickup. Very confusing and put us in a bind since we were dropped off at the Mexico location to pick up a car. The reservation email did say Columbia, we missed that detail in our efforts to get transportation. Still it is very confusing. Either the Google listing for Mexico should be removed or clearly noted that it is not an active manned pickup location as no cars are housed there. Note: The office people in the Auto Body repair shop were wonderful and gave us the information we needed to take next steps.
