  I used to love your cappuccino when it was a powder push button. Ever since you switched to the handle pull about 90% of the time they taste like sour milk. I literally had to spit it out. Your stores are serving spoiled milk to customers. I thought it was just a one time thing but it’s all the time now. I will never go back now and I used to get a coffee 3 times a week. My children used to love the hot chocolate and it comes out like spoiled milk too.

  Lindsay did a stellar job of updating the gas pump activation card that I was using that would no longer activate the pump at any QTs in my area. I had one of the original cards that were issued and it was having issues, so she got me a new card and I am now good to go. Thanks Lindsay!!

  I find it a shame that such a big corporation would switch over to such BS machines. I’m a big tea drinker. I’m on the road a lot I drink a lot of unsweet iced tea. Your company chose to switch over to these electronic tea machines that says cold brew, but yet it comes out steaming hot at every quick trip. I’ve been to over 20 quick trips. The tea has come out hot so then I have to buy a cup of ice so it doesn’t dilute the tea so I can have cold tea and then you charge me for a cup of ice what a freaking joke.

  Please get rid of these automated floor cleaners. Hiring a human helps the economy and provides an extra set of hands at the store. Not to mention it's only a matter of time before one of these things causes an injury. Between sticker price, repairs, and the lawsuit waiting to happen- is the robot really cheaper????
