- CSColleen SDec 19, 20255.0I have been a Valvoline customer for years and was so excited about the new location in Maryland Heights on Dorsett. I visited today for an oil change and received outstanding service. There was a slight wait when I arrived as both bays were already full and there were two cars ahead of me. The crew got me in within 20 minutes or so. Dom, the CSR, was kind and professional. He didn't push any unnecessary services. He was honest about the condition of my rear wiper blade after I said it was leaving streaks and then promptly replaced it. He also made sure my tire pressure was properly balanced after I let him know one tire was showing low pressure. Christina changed my oil quickly and she was super friendly (she was my technician at a different location months ago and I can understand why they would want someone so talented at their new store). Dom also asked if I had any coupons and made sure I knew how to locate them on the website. This crew is fantastic! The shop is nice and new with a modern design. I'm sure this location will become one of the most popular in the area. Thank you for providing such great service!
- RWRandy WestDec 3, 20255.0After having my oil changed at the Page Overland Valvoline and discovering a 5 ft. long spill on my driveway (lost almost a full quart) I checked and it was leaking from my oil filter tightened and checked oil needed oil but safe to drive I went to this location explained what happened. They pulled me in checked filter and drain plug wiped excess oil off and add oil to full mark. Will Not go back to Page location. Great service at this location thanks again.

Which is why I came to this location because I grew up in neighborhood and to see my favorite oil change place pop up I had to stop by! Luckily I was due for an oil change and due for a transmission fluid change ( which is something I only recommend to people who actually keep up with trans fluid changes because if you for say haven't ever gotten it flushed/ it's over 100,000 miles I wouldn't dare change that fluid or it could cause major problems but for the ones that keep up I'd do it every 30 to 40,000 miles ). Like always the staff greets you and they run through all the test as well as waste little time in getting done what you ask for ! These guys are the best when it comes to fluid changes !
