Within a couple of minutes of my appointment, the technician came out, greeted me, and took the keys. About 5 minutes before completion of the work, I got a text and a direct link with various options to pay (insurance deal). I was out the door and on my way in about an hour. Bear in mind that I did not have to have the calibration done that is necessary for newer cars. The only hassle is having to replace the dash cam, but that's not on them anyway. Great service!
