    - while I am sitting for these screw ups to fix my car I hear them on the phone messing up others' vehicles and then Calling it a warranty schedule to fix them breaking something. - waiting for months with no communication on the updates on the status of my vehicle. It took about 3 months for them to fix an issue that THEY CAUSED on my car. Then they broke something else on my car trying to fix the first issue! When I was forced to take my car back the incompetent manager and poor quality manager are saying they didn't cause the issue but provided no documentation and no answers to my questions. - save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. All you get here are excuses and low quality "workmanship" that they "stand by". It says a lot that the poor quality is clear in their "workmanship" in the first sentence of their warranty.

    They quoted me $100 if I brought the part in with me . Yet 30 days later the girl up front said it would be $400. What ???? It's just replacing the regulator for tiny rear window behind the driver. Bogus !!!

    My car is a Tesla Model Y. I had a small chip on my windshield and contacted this company for a repair. During the service, the technician made the chip larger and then told me it could not be repaired. They also said they were not responsible for the damage and ended the call. This experience was extremely frustrating for me and my family. We will never use this company again.
