They replaced the original dispensers with a new touch screen model but it rarely is working. Not only that but the location was moved to a smaller area and you now have to jostle with customers attempting to get lids, straws, ect. They also decreased the areas to get ice which also adds to the customer congestion. Someone from corporate really needs to relook at this configuration and come up with a better solution.
