I arrived on time but finding the actual building and entrance was difficult (minus one star). They were ready for me and the service was done in about 10 minutes. I paid & left out with my vehicle parked in the driveway towards the main street. That was helpful because it is confusing terrain. I came with a sensor about tire pressure and since their main advertisement is for transmission, I didn't mention the tire pressure indicator. When I got my car back, the light was out and weeks later, it's still not going off. That sealed the deal for Bob's. They're stand up & I would return!

Bobs is one of these few. When I spoke to them i recieved respect, courtesy, and a real sense of empathy. I will be taking my cars to them moving forward.
