Bobs is one of these few. When I spoke to them i recieved respect, courtesy, and a real sense of empathy. I will be taking my cars to them moving forward.

Our office has always been right behind these guys but I never needed their services until the shop I was loyal to started putting guys with zero experience on my vehicles leading to down time on my vehicles which is a big no no as I’m a contractor on the move at all times. Thankfully James answered the phone when I needed help with one of my best guys pick up truck. He needed a new rear end, ball joints, tires, power steering rack, his leaking transmission fixed, and some shocks. Originally my employee only complained of the rear end screaming but after I took a look under the vehicle I noticed everything bobs had noticed as well which was listed above. May I mention I didn’t mention much to bobs transmission, they didn’t try and upsell me on anything. These guys are honest and took care of a huge problem for me and I was happy to pay them. The repairs ending up being around 6k which I thought was very fair considering I was footing the bill no matter the cost as I appreciate my best employee. Bobs you guys did such a great job for me, in return I will be taking every vehicle I own and recommending your shop to everyone I know.
