- SHSarah HaybronApr 13, 20261.0Months ago my car essentially gave up on life. There were multiple issues, it needed a new gasket, the oil and coolant were leaking, and the AC stopped working. My family’s trusted mechanic was booked for weeks so we had to find someone else. We were charged over $2000 and my car was in the shop for weeks, and the ONLY thing that was fixed was the gasket. Recently we brought it back to our trusted mechanic since the AC was still broken and it’s been getting hotter, and he was shocked that Bob’s would even bother trying to fix it because the car was clearly totaled. The AC needed a new compressor and that would’ve cost us thousands of dollars more. We have to get a new car either way, but at the very least, Bob’s could’ve prevented us from needlessly spending thousands of dollars and he didn’t.

I had some questions after the job was completed and they took the time to answer my questions and recheck on a few items. They even went out of their way to take care of an item that turned out to not even be directly related to the transmission. Hard to find this kind of customer service these days.
