  Lutesville Ford has provided me with the absolute best dealer experience. I've ever had. I've bought several new cars in my life. And I have purchased 2 vehicles at lutesville. It will be my go to place to buy new Ford. Vehicles from here on out. I had to drive one hour and twenty minutes each way to shop at lutesville ford and I am not disappointed.It is very much worth the drive.No other dealership has been as pleasant or as easy to work with all the way down to the finance office. No dealer add ons, unless you ask for them.I don't know any other new car.Dealership that does that. No document fees. No pressure sales staff and at the same time, very professional and accommodating. I changed my mind on the vehicle.I wanted at the last minute after they already had the first one.I picked out completely ready to go.Stickers removed all of that.And they didn't hesitate when I changed my mind.

  Lutesville Ford's service is outstanding! They were able to get my vehicle in quickly, diagnose the problem, and had the part delivered and installed the next day. They even helped me track down a jacket I left in the temporary ride they let me use! Compared to other dealerships I have experience with, Lutesville Ford's communication, timeliness, and thoroughness are exemplary!

  I recently had a good truck buying experience at Lutesville Ford. I called in the morning and told Casey, my salesman, that I wanted the truck and that I needed a trailer brake controller put on it. My wife and I arrived at the dealership at 2:30 pm that same day and saw that Casey had made sure that the truck was nice and clean. It was full of fuel and the controller had been installed. Obviously, everyone including sales, parts, service and detailers, had worked together to get it ready. Also, the paperwork was finalized very quickly. I would absolutely recommend Lutesville Ford.
