I was assisted by Management Trainee Madeleine, who works at the Maplewood location at 7226 Manchester Rd, Maplewood, MO 63143. She took the time to share detailed instructions and helpful insights on how to operate the rental car - a 2025 Toyota Prius - even turning it on and showing me how I can tell when it is running, because it has a very quiet engine. She was very courteous and had a wonderful, warm demeanor. All the Enterprise team members are consistent in their high level of customer service, including James, the Branch Manager. All this started with a broken down car and an Uber ride to the Enterprise location at 2229 S Brentwood Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63144. The Branch Manager of that location, seeing that he had no cars available, called the Maplewood Branch and organized with them to pick me up and take me to the Maplewood location to rent a car. Absolutely stellar service all around! The St. Louis area Enterprise employees are well-trained, know their jobs and are passionate about helping others. I wish this was a model that could be followed for other locations around the country. Please extend to them my deepest thanks and kudos for their excellent service!
