  I pulled up to get some air for my tires, i was told to pull around back. When i got back there i was helped by Tai, he was very helpful and made sure all my tires were at the right pressure and i appreciate that

  Here’s a more polished and clear version while still keeping your frustration and point across: --- I’m extremely annoyed and frustrated by the false information I was given. I originally went in just to have my tires checked because my right front tire kept losing air. I was directed to pull around back, and Ray inspected my tires. He immediately told me I needed a brand-new front tire because it was at risk of “exploding.” That didn’t sit right with me at all. I called my dad right away because 1) I couldn’t see what he was referring to, and 2) while I’m not a car expert, I am aware that women sometimes get taken advantage of when they come in alone. Ray said my left-side tires were fine but insisted the right front needed to be replaced immediately and mentioned that the tread on my back tire was low. When I went inside, I was quoted $2,000 for all four tires. The staff told me it’s “not typical” to replace just one or two tires and claimed the tires only last about 15,000 miles. They were clearly pushing their sale — and the tires they were offering didn’t even include a warranty. I was also told that if I didn’t replace all four tires, I could soon have transmission issues, which made no sense to me. After getting the quote, I left and called my dad again. He suggested I go directly to Audi, since that’s the type of car I have. I had only stopped there because it was closer and I thought I might simply have a nail in the tire. At Audi, they told me my tire was not at risk of exploding and confirmed that I was being misled. Even the tread specifications they showed me were completely different from what Dobbs claimed. The quote from Audi was significantly lower and included a warranty. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location. I should have gone to my dealership from the start. I’m not sure if this was about commission or what, but providing misleading information is completely unnecessary. Thank God for my dad. The service man at Audi showed me pictures of a tire “ looking like it would explode “ and reassured me I don’t have to worry. He said Dobbs are moreso worried about the esthetic look.

  So lucky to have them in Maplewood! I feel like the employees actually care which is kind of rare. They did a great job and always get me in and out when needed. I feel good about bringing my car here and will definitely be back.

  Bought my tires here and used to do all my oil changes here. I was supposed to get free patches with the tires they sold me. Came back with a leak and got told it was fixed, within a week it was low again. Came back a second time, left it with them all day long and this time they told me, at closing time, they couldn't find a leak and I could either take it or leave it with them for another day.

  Went to Dobbs because of a tire issue.. William greeted me and took great care to listen while I was explaining my issue.. he knew instantly what it could be and reassured me it wasn't going to hurt my wallet...he was professional and polite and also very funny, which I appreciated...job was done in less than an hour and a half and Jay, the manager, offered me a great deal for my next visit...I love that neither William or Jay talked to me like I was a dumb woman who doesn't understand about cars... very pleased, and will be a customer for the foreseeable future...thank you, Dobbs...
