- SKSarah KustraJan 5, 20262.0Went today to test my battery on my 16’ Buick Encore. There were 2 employees, one being a manager. L There were no customers when I was in there, so I asked the young employee ( receipt didn’t have name, but had CSR#10) if he could install the battery for me. The manager was sitting down at the end looking at the computer. Just as we went back out to install, the store started popping with customers. I’m sure they have a policy to serve customers inside before installing, which is fine! What infuriated me was that the manager just sat there while the young man rang everyone up, helped with returns. He never offer to help me install, or tell the young man I’ll take over the register while you help that customer that’s been standing there for 20 mins install her battery she just bought. Kudos to the young man!! No stars for the manager ( bald guy with glasses) that just sat there and did nothing. Store#00224

As I was pulling off with 2 other cars I saw this person getting the same treatment. * Great job AutoZone*

My battery died right in the parking lot and saved my life when he helped me pick out a portable battery jumper. He did give me information about their free battery charging services but I was unable to get the battery out of my truck at the time. This jumper he helped me pick out SAVED MY BUTT. I was able to get home safely right before it died again and I really owe him one. The guys name who helped me is Obi. Thank the lord and everything above for this guy!! THANK YOU TO OBI AND AUTOZONE!! and thank you to the Noco boost X GBX45 1250Amp jumper too, amazing stuff.
