  My air pressure light kept coming on and I took my car in to have air added. Then I took off work one day. You people had my car for a few hours checking out the tire and said you couldn’t find any problems. But the light continued to come on. So yesterday I stopped by after work and you found a nail. I had to buy a new tire. I should not have had to take a day off work and then come in a second time.

  Ran over an object on a Saturday afternoon on the way to a party. Made it to Maplewood Dobbs and they patched the tire (purchased from them last year) and I was out the door in less than an hour, no charge. Well done..

  I was pleased with Dobbs Maplewood. The person who checked me in was very reassuring and correct about what he thought was wrong with my car. Plus he had a great sense of humor! I was concerned and a little scared by the way car was performing, but he really made me feel better. As I said he was correct in his analysis that it was spark plugs and coils. It was expensive, but not as bad as I imagined. It would be great if shuttle services were still available. I was very pleased with Maplewood Dobbs.

  Very frustrating - slow workers and inefficient. I was given an ETA of 1:30pm, but they're 90mins behind schedule. Could've gone home to rest, whilst feeling ill, instead of spending time to wait around the area. The person in the picture told me an oil change takes 30-45mins, which the mechanic then tell me it takes at least 90mins.

  I heavily advise against using this location. I don’t know if the staff changed or what because this is the only location I used previously, but I will never go back. I called a week ahead to make an appointment and was told I wouldn’t need one. I asked if they were sure I didn’t need to make an appointment in case they got busy because I needed my car same day. I was assured the service would not take long and dropping my car off early would guarantee same day service. After dropping my son off at school, I came straight to Dobbs. I asked again, “Are you sure my car will be finished today?” Once again I was guaranteed that my service would not take long and I could pick my car up later. 5 hours later, I called for an update. The man I spoke to said he had not gotten to it yet but would. I waited another 4 hours, until almost close, to return. My car was in almost the exact same place I had left it, except now unlocked and unattended. No one had even thought about servicing it. If the day was booked, someone should have said as much and, if they take appointments, I should have had one. I would have even accepted that they wouldn’t get to it when I called for an update. I’m taking my business elsewhere because, given the absolute lack of customer service and transparency, not to mention the total disregard for my property, there’s no telling if the service I would have paid for would have been completed correctly anyway.
