Nathan was very knowledgeable, polite, and made the experience exciting. The whole team made me feel comfortable and I never felt pressured and instead left feeling informed.

I bought a Nissan Rogue 3.5 years ago from them, and today I experienced the worst customer service I've ever received. Around the two year mark small things kept going out on the car: the heated seats started to create a burning smell, the backseat light kept popping out, the vents made a terrible sound if the blowers were on any higher than mid-range, etc. Five months ago my drivers-side door lock actuator stopped working suddenly. Yesterday, I got locked out of my car when neither the driver or passenger door lock actuators would work and using the key was causing the driver-side door to erratically lock and unlock itself. I ended up climbing through the hatch to unlock the driver door manually. Oh, did I mention I'm in a wheelchair? So when I say 'climb,' I really mean I dragged myself from the trunk to the front seat. Today I went to Enterprise and I was literally told that this wasn't their problem. I was told that I was ridiculous if I thought they were responsible for a car bought 3.5 years ago. One guy was so condescending I can't even explain. He kept throwing out hypothetical years saying, "so what, are we responsible for a car 10 years after purchase, what about 20?" There wasn't a single, "I'm sorry" or "how can we make this right" said, even after detailing yesterday's events. As a company, you and your employees should be upset if you've sold a car with defective parts, but they weren't even willing to help facilitate any sort of fix with Nissan. So all I can say is, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE. P.S. this is now the THIRD time that I've been here and all three times the ADA curb cut-outs are blocked by cars for sale. Do better Enterprise. It's 2026.

Garrett was great to work with during the actual purchase of my vehicle—he made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill after I left the dealership. About 10 days after my purchase, Jeremie contacted me to inform me that the loan I had signed was not approved due to an error on his end, which he did take responsibility for. He assured me that, because of this mistake, someone would bring the new documents to me to make things right. However, that did not happen. The initial conversation took place on a snowy Saturday, and by Monday evening I received a message asking if my co-signer and I could come into the dealership before 3 PM on Tuesday because the documents needed to be submitted the following morning. Since both of us work during those hours, this was not feasible. At that point, they were no longer willing or able to bring the documents to us, so I had to go in after work to get everything signed. By then, I had already received my title listing the previous lender. No follow-up documentation was provided to correct this, so I had to contact the dealership myself to ask what was needed. They eventually sent me an affidavit to update the lender, but I later realized I also needed an additional document for the Missouri license and title application, as it still reflected the incorrect lender. When I went to the DMV, I waited over two hours only to be told that my paperwork was incomplete. The affidavit provided by the dealership did not match the date on the Missouri title application, making it invalid. On top of that, I discovered that the safety and emissions inspections from my purchase (1/14) had already expired (2/4 and 3/4), requiring me to get a new inspection. Frustrated, I had to contact the dealership yet again to request another document that should have been provided when the lender was changed. Jeremie stated they would reimburse me for the new inspection and sent over a third required document. I provided the invoice for reimbursement, but since then, I have received no response or follow-up. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and time-consuming due to repeated errors and lack of communication. While the initial purchase process was positive, the handling of everything afterward was disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. EDIT 3/31/26 : I reached out to the link below and chatted with someone from Enterprise who stated they would be sending the feedback to the Manchester Enterprise. At that point, it was up to the actual branch if they are/were going to respond/reach out. I have heard nothing and received no resolution/compensation for my MULTIPLE inconveniences....
