  I arrived exactly at my appointment time and I was greeted immediately. After the paperwork was completed, the car was taken into the shop. It was done in 90 minutes, much quicker than I expected given how busy they were. This was for a 30K service. Everything was perfect. No issues.

  Worked with Gus. He was knowledgeable, extremely responsive, helpful, and honest. He always made me feel like I was his only customer, and went above and beyond during the pick up process. Even after my purchase he was still responsive to questions and trouble shooting. It was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve had. Not to mention my favorite car I’ve ever owned. 10/10 would recommend.

  My wife and I have been buying cars for about 45 years and this was the best we’ve ever been treated by a salesperson. Tom Calkins was patient, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. In spite of a nonstop flow of customers, he found time to make sure we had something to test drive or suggest a car we might be interested in purchasing. He went above and beyond to learn what we wanted and he worked with us to make that happen. The car we bought was attractively priced and we got more than we expected for our trade. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

  I just had my 40,000 mile checkup at Volvo Cars of West County. They said it would take 3 hours but it was only 2. While I was waiting they asked me if they could get me anything. Bathrooms are always clean. Greg was cheerful & professional. I had forgotten to bring in or mention my pre-paid service contract. He said he always checks. They washed my car (I didn't even ask them). Hats off to West County Volvo!

  Took my car in for some work. Was told that they were going to have to keep the car for a day to figure out the issue and possibly repair. Within 10 minutes of leaving with a loaner I was called and told the issue was discovered and would not covered under warranty. Return to the dealer to pick up my car. Once I received my car, the drivers seat had been adjusted, when it didn’t need to be. The passenger seat had also been adjusted( don’t understand why, nobody should have been in that seat). Very disappointed in the service department
