First of all, the individuals at the service desk, Joe and the receptionist, sorry I cannot remember her name, were very polite, courteous, attentive and professional.
However, my 2025 S90 PIH, was towed there for a simple tire change. I was told, the tire had to be ordered and that it would arrive in three to four days. Not great, but acceptable. Did not get a call on day three. Did not get a call on day four. I called and spoke to a service technician. He said he couldn’t tell me what was going on. There was no manager on duty. I was further advised, that since I did not have an appointment for Saturday, my car would not be serviced!!!
Called Monday, an entire one week plus one day later, and I believe ONLY AFTER calling did they mount the tire.
Mentioned to Joe that my service light was on although I’ve only had the vehicle for almost eight months and not even 6,000 miles on it, so regular service was not yet required. He showed me how to clear it if the situation arises. Luckily, it did not.
But wait, there’s more!!!
Drive off and I noticed my tire indicator light was on. I thought, new tire, needs to warm up and it would go off. NOPE! As of today it’s still on. While at Scott AFB, I decided to check the pressure. Yep, all four out of spec. Again, I contributed this to the tires not being “cold”. So, early tomorrow morning I will check all four tires again. Hope they are within the acceptable range.
Last item, I requested that the car be placed on a charger prior to me picking up the car. Think this should be standard for all electrical vehicles as a common courtesy. The receptionist said she would pass along my request. I get there and she asked for my car to be brought around off the charger. Yep, you guessed it, it wasn’t charged. Joe apologized and said “they may have gotten busy & obviously forgot”. Hope they remembered to tighten all of my wheel lugs!
So, as of this writing, I have very little confidence in this dealership’s service department.

Usually one can trust a dealership to know their cars and provide expert advice - at a premium cost but many times worth it.
Not this time - team diagnosed same car in prior year for same issue, but without explanation on why they knew their current plan was the only solution to resolve the issue (which they hadn't even considered on previous visit). Also didn't give much reassurance that it would definitely solve the problem, and at very expensive cost.
Unfortunately will likely have to take car to another repair shop or dealership.

I was told by Todd on 11/6 that he would have his manager contact me this morning on 11/7. The manager here never bothered to reach out. This shows a poor reflection of how our business was valued.

As a repeat customer, it is very disappointing and unfortunate to leave a 1 star review for this dealership. If I could have I would have left zero stars. Me and my wife stopped in this past Saturday to look at a couple different vehicles that we were interested in and test drove a 2017 Mercedes E Class. My salesperson was Todd. We exchanged information so I can receive texts from him. The initial meeting went fine. I let our salesperson know that we were serious in wanting to make a decision quickly on a vehicle and that I would contact him on Monday regarding it. He said he would follow up with me on Monday if he didn’t hear anything from me.
I sent a message to him on Monday regarding an offer and received NO answer. I sent a follow up to him today and again crickets NO response. I understand If an offer isn’t acceptable however to NOT respond is unacceptable. It takes like 2 minutes to send a message or pick up the phone to respond yet no responses via text or phone were received. To not even acknowledge someone is just plain rude and very poor customer service.
Since I have now been ghosted by this dealership they have lost my business and I will take my business elsewhere to purchase my vehicles. Is this what you call excellent customer service? It is more like NO service.

We bought our first Volvo (2025 XC90 PHEV/T8) and Tom couldn’t have made our experience any better than great! We never felt pressure with Tom. He was gracious, attentive and answered all our questions us not knowing a lot about Volvos. We never felt rushed and he took the time to go over the infotainment before going home. Hopefully this won’t be our last Volvo purchase from Tom…thanks again! And thanks to Matt in finance who made the process very easy. Our experience with West County Volvo was like no other car buying experience.
