  Exceptional service all the way around. The receptionist was helpful and sweet. The salesman (Jim) did an awesome job both highlighting the many features of the vehicle, as well as making the process easy and even enjoyable. Even the finance guy was a class act who went the extra mile to make sure I had the best deal possible. 10/10 - will return for next vehicle if I still live nearby

  About the worst possible after sale service you can imagine. What you'd expect from a shady used car sales lot. I flew in from TX to purchase a used Volvo. Didn't haggle on the price, paid what was advertised, financed w/the dealer. When I came to pick up the car I was in/out of the dealer in 30 minutes. 4 hours later on my drive back to TX the entire instrument cluster malfunctions. Called sales guy, he was apologetic and said to get it checked out when I got home to TX. The cluster hasn't come back on since then and it has now been 3 weeks. No speed display, no fuel gauge, can't see any warnings that come up on the dash. Local Volvo dealer diagnosed and said it needs a new cluster screen, to the tune of $3,200. Again, this is something that failed 4 hours after I left the dealer. The manager had zero concerns and briefly said you bought a used car. Zero attempt to offer any way to resolve or contribute toward the repair. I agree it's a used car but I don't think anyone expects to buy something that needs a $3200 repair 4 hours after you pick it up. I would have been happy to work with them on splitting the cost, or at least sell me the part at their cost, but they absolutely do not care and could not be bothered. I've owned 8 Volvos over the last 17 years and I've never had a dealership take such a careless approach to supporting a customer. Very disappointing experience, would not recommend as they will absolutely NOT take care of their customers.

  Great hassle free vehicle buying experience. Professional sales team from being greeted at the door to driving off the lot and following up. Other dealerships should stop buy and pick up some tips.

  I had a fantastic experience working with Gus at West County Volvo while purchasing my certified pre-owned 2024 Volvo XC90. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. Gus provided multiple options without ever being pushy, which made the entire car-buying process stress-free and enjoyable. I also want to thank Matthew in the finance department for all of his help. He was knowledgeable, clear, and made the financing process easy to understand and seamless. Overall, the professionalism and hospitality at West County Volvo made this a true 5-star experience. I would absolutely purchase from Gus again—though I tend to keep my cars forever! I highly recommend this dealership and team.

His genuine concern and desire to put me in the vehicle I wanted was outstanding and he had all the knowledge needed to walk me through every fantastic detail of my new Volvo.
