Drove all the way to the store on Sunday just for a paper sign on the door to say they were closed. Never got a return call through Monday. Went to a different store with MUCH better service.

I called 3 times for this appt and NEVER got to speak to anyone from my Tire Choice facility, even with promised call-backs. I wanted to confirm the "out-the-door" price to assure that I would be getting the same discount that I've been receiving for years. I asked again at check-in and got a notably smaller discount. The service was fine, but scheduling/pricing ahead of time failed miserably. I see that there has been a tremendous turn-over in personnel in the last couple of years, which has me much more-so doubt work ethic and competence. I'm probably done with Auto Choice

I scheduled an appointment for a front wheel alignment, only to get there 30 minutes prior to my appointment and find out that they don't do alignments for those "damn German cars” That it requires sandbags for the seats, that they don't have. Nothing on their website asks “what is the vehicle make/model” when making an appointment. So, if you have a Mercedes or any other German vehicle, I suggest taking it elsewhere for maintenance. Otherwise, it will be a waste of your time, as it was for me.
