  So the price seems a bit expensive but I guess that’s the price. Everyone pays now for an oil change, what I have an issue with is I think they do a tire rotation as well and the day after the tire change my check tire pressure lights came on so I’m gonna have to go back and get it taken care of.

  First time customer and we were very pleased with our new tires and their service. A few days after installation, tire light was flashing and we were able to take the car in right away to get our sensors fixed. We will be back!

  $90 for an oil change after coupon, are you serious? This place is full of cheapskates, buyer beware. Never coming back.

  We called and made an appointment to get a flat tire patched. The person he spoke with specifically said he could drop the car off anytime before 7 pm. My husband arrived at around 6:10 pm and the door was locked when he got there, even though the open sign in the window was still lit. He knocked on the door and an employee informed him that they were closed. We took our business to Firestone instead and received much better customer service, so we’ll probably continue going there in the future.

  Steer clear - I have gone to this location for my past three oil changes and went to the Ballwin location for all oil changes prior to that (before it closed). There has been a different manager there the past two times. After waiting 3 hours at my most recent oil change, I was told that they could not get the drain plug to retighten. They recommended that I get a rental car until I could get it in to another location to have the oil pan replaced, which they quoted at nearly $800. They still charged me $140 for a synthetic oil change (which will just be drained for the repair) and did not accept responsibility for an issue that is caused by overtightening or crossthreading the drain plug, which could have only been done by Tire Choice as they're the only place to do the oil changes. They finally got the drain plug in, apparently ignoring my request to try a larger plug, and not using any sealant or anything to help it hold. It was leaking oil badly after my first commute to and from work, and I've had to borrow a vehicle from family to avoid ruining my engine while I try to find somewhere for the repair. The Manchester location's mechanic was going to be on vacation so they said I could try the Sunset Hills location. I called Sunset Hills who said they don't have a mechanic and recommended I call the Kirkwood location. The Kirkwood location told me that they don't have someone who can do the repair. Prior to leaving the Manchester Tire Choice, the new store manager assured us the regional manager would call. Three days later there was no call and when I called the store, I was told the manager had our number and he would remind her to call. This is the end of day four, and I had to leave a message due to still not getting a call and the phone not being answered. I have never experienced such a lack of care for quality work or customer service.
