    My husband and my grandfather bought a car. There was no conversation done with the manager. I mentioned that engine was knocking from day one of getting it so it was one day over the warranty. I talked to the sales person. They were supposed to tell the manager that we were bringing in the next day to exchange it because it was New Year’s Eve. . I told My grandfather and my husband to talk to the manager manager, said they would not take it back even though the engine been knocking since they want I have a certification in automotive. I mentioned something to the sales person before we even drove it off the lot. I asked the sales person to have a mechanic check it right then and there because they mentioned that the car engine was knocking the engine was shaking. The car wasn’t driving right and they assured me there was nothing wrong with the car. It said we did all our proper inspections to just being paranoid but like I said, I have a certification and an automotive so when I hear these sounds, I know that there’s something wrong with the car. I talked to two other supervisors not at this location and they agreed with me. That’s something should’ve been done right then and there when I told the sales person in the engine was knocking I even talked to the person that did the inspection on the car. He said when he had done the inspection. The engine wasn’t knocking so someone had to crashed something when they drove in the car for a test drive and never said anything to the dealership when I talk to the other supervisor the other dealership, they said that that dealership should honor and should’ve done the inspection, even though I wanted to pay for it to get done. But like I said, the sales person said I was just being paranoid because I’m a woman. The experience have had with every other dealership, but this one I’ve never had a experience like this one. I’ve reached out to the dealership multiple times. Yes I’ve gotten really frustrated and started crying because of my car stalled in the middle of the highway and I almost got killed. That is my breaking point with this car. I have this a new warranty, but I’m pretty sure this will not cover it. I was told one thing by the sales person and another thing by the supervisor I’m not blaming the supervisor on the situation that was happening, but I was told by the sales person, even though it was one day over the guaranteed where you can switch it out but because of the holiday, they said they could not do it that day so they told me to come back in the following day switch out the car for a different car because I told him I just was not happy with that car. I’m bringing it in the next day. The manager says that I did something to the car. I’ve done nothing to the car. even though they’re supposed to guarantee their cars in that, I was reassured by the sales person that he talked to his manager that we could exchange the car for a new one he’d never talk to his manager so when I went to exchange it, he said it was over their guaranteed amount of time. I mentioned that it was knocking the whole entire time to the sales person, but he had never mentioned that to his supervisor. The question is there was no overhead with the supervisor I would like something to be resolved. This whole situation has made me not ever want to buy from enterprise again. Neither one of them mentioned it the exact way I told them to mention it to the supervisor my grandfather is an older man. He did not know what I was talking about. My husband knows nothing about cars. And I had mentioned something to the location that’s closer to me, which is not this location of enterprise. They sent me to this location because at that time they were doing a remodel at the location that’s closer to me now I’ve rent a car for enterprise my whole life, I had nothing but good experience experiences I would still rent a car from them. from this whole experience, I’m never gonna get bullied again. I’m a sales person and assume that I’m overreacting because now I know I wasn’t overreacting.

    In October 2023 I purchased a 2021 Chrysler Voyager and it was a very good experience. I was told about all the inspections done, things fixed, and 4 new tires were put on the car. What I did not realize at the time is that 3 of tires were one make (Confidence Caldera) and 1 was a different make (LEAO - Lionsport HP). After almost 30,000 miles, the three "Confidence" tires still look good while the LEAO tire is nearly bald. I called the dealership and they stated that for certification the tires only had to be the same speed rating and could do nothing. If you purchase a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales and they put new tires on it, I highly recommended insisting that all 4 be the same manufacturer so they wear evenly.

    Ron was incredible! I highly recommend the entire team at Enterprise car sales and will be going back to buy more cars. Nathan helped us and Brandon also helped us and was extremely knowledgeable. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend everyone there.

    They lie scam get your money an won't even call back when there's an issue but even the mgrs wont call u back nor come to phone they say they will call but don't after your purchase they treat u like crap if you call back with an issue then they scam u when u apply an do paper work on vehicle without your knowledge without money down an if you change your mind not knowing they already did paper work they won't let u change it dont shop with them

    Brandon Hayes was high-pressure and didn’t seem to really listen to my needs and wants. I don’t recommend Brandon nor Enterprise Car Sales for this reason. I felt judged by multiple staff members, because my ID wouldn’t scan. They treated me like I had a fake ID or something which was pretty funny because I provided my insurance as well and they still had to talk their manager into “letting” me take a test drive. Safe to say, I won’t be buying a car from this location or company anytime this century.
