I was told about all the inspections done, things fixed, and 4 new tires were put on the car. What I did not realize at the time is that 3 of tires were one make (Confidence Caldera) and 1 was a different make (LEAO - Lionsport HP). After almost 30,000 miles, the three "Confidence" tires still look good while the LEAO tire is nearly bald. I called the dealership and they stated that for certification the tires only had to be the same speed rating and could do nothing. If you purchase a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales and they put new tires on it, I highly recommended insisting that all 4 be the same manufacturer so they wear evenly.

- SSStevenSep 26, 20251.0Brandon Hayes was high-pressure and didn’t seem to really listen to my needs and wants. I don’t recommend Brandon nor Enterprise Car Sales for this reason. I felt judged by multiple staff members, because my ID wouldn’t scan. They treated me like I had a fake ID or something which was pretty funny because I provided my insurance as well and they still had to talk their manager into “letting” me take a test drive. Safe to say, I won’t be buying a car from this location or company anytime this century.

There were some hiccups with my trade in that Frank helped us with who was also great. An unexpected issue came up afterwards, but Brandon and Ron (customer service) were quick to fix it and make it right. I am very happy with my new car and all of them at Enterprise. They were all very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Did not feel pressured, haggled, or rushed in any way. I highly recommend this location!
