  Spent over $900.00 for a new thermostat.. Day after i pick up my truck there is radiator smell and electrical burning smell coming out from under the hood.. popped the hood to visible smoke coming from the pass. Side head light, not that i have 2 balbs one in each lamp out... then i notice what has been confirmed by another garage as old coolant fluid sprayed all over my engine bay causing a rusty dried residue all over both of my batteries and fuse panals.. completely unexceptable and unprofessional... My family has been a customer of theirs for 13 years, thats 5 vehicles that is never going back to any Dobbs... I now have to pay another shop to clean my engine bay as the corrosion could damage the electrical system.. I have before and after pics of my engine bay just in case

  SLOW. Painfully slow service. Pack a lunch. I scheduled an 11am appointment two weeks in advance in hopes I would be able to get a rotate, balance, and alignment done over lunch. I arrived at 10:45am. More than three hours later, the service wasn’t spectacular and the savings weren’t either. Consider a local independent shop that thrives on repeat business and word of mouth. They value your time more than Dobbs.

  Very thorough - they even identified a dangerous ball joint issue based simply upon my description of the concerns I had with the vehicle pulling to the right upon accelerating (this issue originated from a frontal collision, and was never properly repaired by the Ford dealer that claimed to have fully repaired all damages and issues). My vehicle was properly repaired and all other maintenance issues were completed in a very timely manner. The cost of all this work was quite reasonable and worth every penny as my vehicle is FINALLY properly repaired, after over a year, and my peace of mind is restored (and my vehicular-induced paranoia is gone). THANK YOU Dobbs!!
