I was looking to replace a 2015 Ford Expedition with a BMW X5 PHEV. After test driving the X5 PHEV (which was great!), I test drove an X7 with a 3rd row of seating. That ended up being a better fit for my needs.
Wendy was knowledgeable and helpful with tracking down the right vehicle. There were a few SNAFUs testing the exact vehicle I bought due to Black Friday and a snow storm, but everything was eventually sorted out - hence the loss of one star. It took over an hour to find it on that Saturday afternoon…enough time that we couldn’t finish the sale that day.
The X7 is a striking vehicle. It is powerful, stylish, and full of luxurious features. The delivery, however, could have been better. I still can’t use my phone as a “key” due to some phantom technical issue. Their tech guru was supposed to reach out to me after a second visit, but I haven’t been contacted about a month after that discussion. Otherwise, I had a good experience.

I just purchased an X5. My experience with Josh Dworman and BMW of West St. Louis was excellent. A very fair price right up front, which I compared at several other locations and they had the best price by a fair bit. Josh was very professional throughout and among other things helped me get a military discount based on my father's military service. (I was having technical difficulties documenting it on my own). They were also very helpful navigating a January 2 vs. year end purchase date. I highly recommend both Josh and the dealership.

If you are in the market for a BMW I highly recommend BMW of West STL! I purchased an X7 and absolutely love it. Client Advisor Grayson was very helpful in demoing the X7 and answered all my questions. She also worked with her finance team to get me a great deal on the X7. Business Manager Armin was most helpful in explaining the final paperwork process. He got me in and out the door quickly. Get this. Never seen this in my years of purchasing cars. Craig the owner was in the store shaking hands and introducing himself to every one that walked through the doors. He is very personable and checked in with everyone that was in the process of a deal to ensure they were 100% satisfied. Craig is a regular in the store. Hopefully you will have the pleasure of meeting him as well as you pick out the BMW for you!

Just picked up my new BMW X3 from BMW of West St Louis and had to leave a review because Bob and Logan were absolutely fantastic to work with.
These guys were so patient with me, I had a million questions and they took the time to go through everything without making me feel rushed at all. Really knew their stuff when it came to the different models and features. No high pressure sales tactics, just genuine helpful advice to make sure I got the right car.
The whole buying process was way smoother than I expected. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and were always quick to respond when I reached out. Made the paperwork and financing side of things really straightforward too.
And the X3? Love it. Drives like a dream and has all the bells and whistles I wanted. So happy with this purchase.
I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next car. If you’re shopping for a BMW, ask for Bob and Logan - you’ll be in good hands. Can’t recommend them enough!

I have purchased two BMW from this dealership and every time I have to use the service dept. I regret it.
Today I went in for an oil change and I was the only customer standing in the service area while two people were on their computers. I was told just a moment but I stood there for about 8 min before I was finally checked in.
I understand we all have things to do but maybe better customer service skills should be in place.
When I go to leave the lady inside just places my paperwork on the counter and says nothing so I stood there until she asks if I signed it. I said no you never told me to so I sign it she puts my keys on the counter and says "Here you go your car is out there". Nothing else.
I'm sorry but a little better direction on where it was parked so that maybe I wasn't wandering around outside looking for it.
My advice is to remind your service techs just exactly how much money we spend in there and treat people a little better. I am not looking for special treatment by any means but I would expect more from "BMW".
If I was told where my car was or maybe even thank you or have a nice day but I got "NOTHING" from anyone I would not be as irritated.
Pretty sad when I can get better customer service at a fast food place then a company with this reputation.
Since this seems to be "normal" there I doubt my next purchase will be this brand.
