  Recently bought a BMW X7 from this dealership and couldn't be more happier with this purchase. Worked with Sai from end to end and he was extremely helpful in providing details, clarifying all our questions with patience. Did go to multiple dealerships as part of the purchase, but BMW of West STL was the best by far. Couldn't be more happier and would highly recommend Sai and his team if you need a BMW in STL Metro area.

  Absolutely fantastic support from the second I first walked in the door, to when I left with my new BMW just a couple days later. There was a no-pressure sale environment from the beginning, just helpful insight on the various vehicle details and options. In particular, Craig Jr was the consummate professional both a credit to the dealership and his family name. Similarly, a big thank you to Hamza who worked late into the night teaching me all about my new car's computer dashboard interface as well as perfectly answering every question I had about connecting my phone to my new car (which was, to say the least, extensive). It goes without question that I recommend the West St Louis location to anyone looking to buy a BMW.

  I recently had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I worked with a sales associate named Adel on the purchase of a Used 2019 Ford Mustang GT. We agreed on an out-the-door price that included sales tax, which was confirmed in writing via text message. I also placed a $1,000 deposit to hold the car while it was being inspected after this was confirmed. When I returned to finalize the purchase on 10/30/25, the finance manager (Armin) told me the sales tax was not included and attempted to add roughly $3,000 to the agreed price. Even after showing them the written messages confirming the original out-the-door price, they refused to honor it. This experience felt deceptive and unprofessional. I had completed pre-approvals, credit checks, and acted in good faith based on our agreement. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this dealership to get every detail in writing and be cautious when it comes time to sign paperwork. On top of all this, somebody from this dealership just called me, harassing me for leaving this review and essentially calling me an idiot for believing they would sell me a car for the price they agreed on Caller wouldn’t give his name or any information as to who he was after requested multiple times and hung up the phone on me. *Response to BMW’s untruthful answer* Never once did I receive any paper work saying this. The only paperwork that was ever showed to me was at the dealership when I was signing for the car on 10/30/25. And of course no response to the harassment. Instead you’d rather hide behind your phone/keyboard and push a false narrative. This dealership is full of lies.

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy, they took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. My salesperson, Anes Talic, went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The Linzie Foster with the financing team was also fantastic, everything was explained clearly, and there were no surprises or hidden fees. The car itself is in excellent condition, exactly as described, and the dealership made sure it was spotless and ready for pickup. They even followed up a few days later to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, a small touch that really shows they care about their customers. I highly recommend BMW of West St Louis to anyone looking for a transparent, friendly, and professional car buying experience. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future purchases!
