  Wow. What an amazing store. This isn’t a review based off the product I got from them But it’s a review based off how sincere and cultured this dealership is. I work at another Bmw store and they had a vehicle I needed to sell, My dealership ended up purchasing a car that lacked packaging and they were so quick to help me and my team out. I can’t imagine what they do for customers! While Brandon helps build the new cars, I saw him hands-on with customers, teaching them about the vehicle while being able to help me out and my team secure a new car. Everybody there was extremely pleasant, Curious and courteous. Down to the management and the sales staff, I personally thank Brandon, Dave and sina For all their hard work that they do. Now, if I were to buy Bmw in St. Louis, this would be the place. Want to feel like family? Come here.

  What a great experience !! Starting with GM Brent Straub and sales professional Brandon Giganti ! They went above and beyond on the trade in and to make sure I got the M4 comp xdrive - ultimate driving machine that I was looking for ! Took a lot of time to make a the working parts to put my deal together to make sure I was getting the best possible deal in the St. Louis area !! Larry the tech genius for setting up all the unimaginable technology in this BMW !! BMW of West County is the only place to find looking for a new BMW !!

  Wendy is a total rockstar. My wife and I just bought our X 3 from BMW of West County around Christmas, and the experience was incredible. We actually walked in late on Monday right as everyone was packing up to head home. Most of the staff didn’t even look our way, but Wendy stopped in her tracks. Even though she was about to leave, she came right over to ask how she could help. Right then, I knew she was the one I wanted to buy from. Since this is my fifth BMW, I made it easy for her no test drive needed, just picked the colors and options and we were done. I just love her attitude and “ service first “ mindset. She’s a fantastic salesperson.
