So I continued to wait in line. Guy at checkout helped me find the correct coolant and a funnel an the reminded me to allow my car to fill before filling it. Got the right product altho he didn't seem to keen on answering questions or helping direct me to exactly where to put the coolant once my car cooled off. So I just asked Google I instead.

The guy there (with crooked teeth, he will not give me his name), told me that he has a lot of paperwork to do and he cannot replace the battery. This guy told me that he will be gone in few days from Autozone and he does not care if anybody gives him a bad review. This guy refused to give me his name and he should be terminated immediately before he causes more harm to the Autozone brand. I have been a loyal customer of Autozone for many years and deserve better treatment.
