    Went infor oil change as I have for over 20 years. I understand prices go up,but when the price goes up $16. And you supply the oil and filter, and the ticket clearly shows charge for $30.01 for parts. I'd like to know what parts I was charged for. When I questioned them about it I was told that corporate sets that and that it was out of their control. Guy didn't even offer to get the manager to speak to me. No more doing business with valvoline!!!

    They are always helpful and speedy. But the last two times that I've gotten an oil change, when I leave my home after, there are oil spots on my new driveway. The last time was a lot bigger puddle than this time. Whether it be because they spilled it and didn't clean it or put too much oil in and it overflowed. I don't know why, but I do know there are no cracks or leaks, so there should be no reason for it. My vehicle is not even 7 years old. I have never had issues with a leak. And I've been coming to this specific Valvoline for at least 3 years, with no issues previous the one a few months ago. The first time I called them and they had me come back so they could clean it. I do not feel that every time I get an oil change I need to come back so they can clean up their mess. I have a busy lifestyle and do not have time regularly to backtrack my steps so mistakes can be fixed. It is also ridiculous that my brand new driveway keeps getting these oil marks now, because of the lack of care during their cleanup. Even my husband's 2010 doesn't leak oil. Also, they have to charge me extra because they put more than 5 quarts, which is all that's covered for the oil change. So how much of that extra that I'm being charged for is really going in where it's supposed to and not all over under the hood or on the ground?

    I’ve went to other valvoline’s and have been just fine, however I drove past Strickland brothers thinking valvoline would be quicker (my first time at this location) and I waited 50 minutes when there was just one car ahead of me. When I expressed my frustration I only got a response of “we’ve been taking cars in order as they’ve came in” which was not accurate as there were cars to the side of me who were already done before I was able to get started. As a retail manager, I’m extremely frustrated for how the situation was handled, I’d at least offer my apologies and give a discount for the customer’s time but that is not what happened here. That’s fine, I’ll go to Strickland brothers from now on.

    went there 3 hours before i had work, i have work in about an hour and im still sitting here. just go to Strickland brothers down the street lol. this is frustrating i got told 15/20 minutes, its been over 2 hours now and i cant back out now because theres a car behind me.
