We waited in line just for the lady to make the customer next to us back up; we had to back up, so the car behind us had to back up, and then the car in front of us moved to the middle bay. Then she proceeded to tell us to “pull forward, but she might have to move cars around again.” I don’t mind waiting for good service, but we felt like that crew didn’t know what they were doing, so I decided to just back all the way out and went to a different location. It defeats the purpose of “instant” oil changes. Definitely avoid this location if possible.
