  They are a predatory company. Their rates are fine on brake downs but if it's a wreck they triple the price. Doesn't matter if the car drives and there's zero cleanup. Owner was a dick when I called him out on it.

  Would definitely recommend precision tow, had my car towed last night and the person I worked with was very friendly, accommodated to my needs, worked very fast, and was there to answer every question I had, I was able to get my car out in no time. I’ve had my share of bad tow companies in the past, but this man was a pleasure to work with.

  A tow company that does something they say they are going to do respond back like promised. Terry has towed a few cars for me and has always came through never had to wait and wonder if they were even going to show up. Top notch customer service, so if you need help give them a call. They made it easy for me. Thanks again

  I work for Amazon and was stuck on the ice the guy who picked me up was super friendly and polite he was extremely helpful and quick to get me back on the road to deliver packages!
