    They had my vehicle for 6 days to address any issue it had. Mind you, it is a brand new Chevy traverse 2025. Needless to say, I got my vehicle back and it says it needs software updates, the super cruise is broken and there is 5% oil. I called to ask why and the service representative Christian was awful. He said they addressed the issues that needed to be addressed, which was a blatant lie. I'd skip this Chevy dealer and go anywhere else that you can. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership service department.

    Dropped van off for a recall. Service department couldn't figure out why the software update wouldn't go through so they called me to tell me I will have to pay for the diagnosis if I wanted the recall to go through so they could figure out the problem. I explained it was a manufacturer recall but that didn't matter. And they kept it for 3 days. I dropped off the night before and no one called me until the day AFTER mu scheduled appointment and then kept an additional day to only tell me they couldn't do anything...unless I paid them around $200. I explained this was a recall form the manufacturer because I thought they might have me confused with someone else, but no there wasn't confusion. The issue was just too technical for them so they wanted to charge me so they could figure it out. Maybe once this hits as a google review they will want to consider making some adjustments with their customer serve and service department. They only saw me as the guy with the little van. They should have looked closer and saw that we purchase new vehicles on a pretty routine basis. However, I made a new friend down the road and what's crazy...they sell new Chevy's too! I can now take my business 10 minutes down the street so Heartland doesn't have to be bothered with me or my recalls or my new purchases.

He explainedicht made the financing process quick, clear, and stress-free, explaining everything in a way that actually made sense.
