  Horrible customer service! I was accused of damaging a vehicle. The same vehicle I agreed to rent even though the vehicle was ALREADY DAMAGED when I did the WALK THROUGH with the enterprise associate and was shown the damage beforehand!!!!! I was harassed by the employees, they would call 5 to 7 times DAILY even though I would PAY to extend the rental every 3 DAYS. they would STILL call for PAYMENTS EVERY DAY!! CALL and Harass my family members!!! One employee left a threatening voicemail stating" I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU ONE MORE CHANCE TO CALL ME BACK OR I AM GOING TO CALL THE POLICE AND REPORT THE VEHICLE STOLEN"!! He also said he will COME UP TO MY JOB and take the vehicle when I clearly had a DEPOSIT on file!! The manager was aware of EVERYTHING and his response was "I CANNOT CONTROL WHAT MY EMPLOYEES DO" I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT!!!!! I will never rent from this location ever again due to the DISRESPECT!

  If I could give zero stars I would. Booked a car, they never brought it. I called, they said they’ve been trying to contact me but guess what they have all my numbers and nobody tried to contact me. They said they’d bring me the car right away and then they didn’t bring the car again. Then they said they can’t bring the car or they’re not going to bring the car. Absolutely horrible. Second time this has happened with enterprise, I guess you get what you pay for for this crap. UPDATE - Now you want ME to go fill out some customer service BA forms? Are you insane?

  They gave me a car with cosmetic damages, pulled from my deposit even though I was up to date on my agreement then proceeds to tell me I wasn't. They did a release on the changes then charged me again. They have no explanation to why it was done. I was tripled charged for something that shouldn't have been done too. I had a second reservation and they didn't have the vehicle so they had to keep me in my same one and then I had to proceed to take it to an oil change cause they didn't want too. They said I would get my deposit and more back since I was over charged and I still don't see the deposit. The lack of communication on their end is horrible. I was on the phone on hold multiple times while in the rental for over 40 mins. I've asked for higher managements contact and they refused to give it up. Liberty is one of the worst.

  Very happy with the service I received here when I wrecked my car. The only place in the city where I could get a car at 5pm on a Friday. I had reserved a smaller vehicle but all they had were big SUVs so the manager graciously gave me a discount on a Jeep Wrangler. I traded it out for a very comfortable Malibu a few days later with little issue, and they were always super professional even though my situation was difficult. Thanks!
