Kept driving back and forth to keep getting mail and everyone was rude so dealing with them for an hour another enterprise manager from Westport helped me and got me in a car instantly. I would never go through liberty to get a rental again.

The same vehicle I agreed to rent even though the vehicle was ALREADY DAMAGED when I did the WALK THROUGH with the enterprise associate and was shown the damage beforehand!!!!! I was harassed by the employees, they would call 5 to 7 times DAILY even though I would PAY to extend the rental every 3 DAYS. they would STILL call for PAYMENTS EVERY DAY!! CALL and Harass my family members!!! One employee left a threatening voicemail stating" I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU ONE MORE CHANCE TO CALL ME BACK OR I AM GOING TO CALL THE POLICE AND REPORT THE VEHICLE STOLEN"!! He also said he will COME UP TO MY JOB and take the vehicle when I clearly had a DEPOSIT on file!! The manager was aware of EVERYTHING and his response was "I CANNOT CONTROL WHAT MY EMPLOYEES DO" I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT!!!!! I will never rent from this location ever again due to the DISRESPECT!
