    Earlier today I was lost as to how to pick out floor mats for my vehicle. Even though Mr. Sanquan Bell was so busy, he took the time to thoroughly explain how to measure and cut my own mats without out difficulty. I want to tell management, his instructions were great and I must say, my mats look great after cutting them myself.

    Walked in and was greeted right away by what sounded like the whole team. Then, I was immediately asked if I had been helped/needed anything, and they helped me out with what I needed printed and provided a valuable recommendation that helped me figure out what I needed to do. It felt good coming from someone with much more experience. I really appreciated it and felt very safe with their help!

    I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding your parts store in Liberty. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired—particularly when it comes to the functionality of your computer system. Your shift lead, Noah—bless his heart—was doing everything he could to process a refund for a part that had been purchased less than a week prior and was still in brand-new condition. Despite his best efforts, the system wouldn’t allow him to issue a cash refund, nor did it seem to offer any straightforward way to resolve the issue. It was clear that he was frustrated and genuinely trying to help, but the limitations of your software made it nearly impossible for him to perform even the most basic functions of his role. As the situation dragged on, other customers in line began to lose patience, which only added to the pressure Noah was under. I strongly believe he should be commended for his professionalism and perseverance in such a difficult moment. However, for the love of God, please get that poor kid some better software—or at the very least, grant him the access he needs to process standard transactions like refunds. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the part in question had already been a headache. We had to prepay for it because it wasn’t kept in inventory, and after waiting for it to arrive, it turned out to be a complete miss. To then be told we couldn’t get our money back easily was just salt in the wound. Give Noah a raise!
