I just wanted to say thank you to the manager that helped me this morning with a refund on a battery for my 2019 Nissan Armada, his help was truly appreciated. As I had purchased a battery back in April that went bad, and I returned it two weeks ago. The young gentleman who attended to me when I returned the battery was helpful, and I assumed it would just go back on my Discover card, but I found out this morning the refund should have been in cash. I tried stopping in a week ago to get the issue solved, and there was a female manager, brunette, older, wearing glasses. I gave a a brief description of what the issue was and before I could even finish, she said it should've gone back on my card that day. She turned around and walked off like I was holding her up from something. A couple days passed by, I waited to see if it would come back on my card, I called Discover, they said they could fix it but it would take 30 days, the representative asked to give Autozone one more try. I called the Autozone administration number, the representative told me to go to the store to ask for copies of the receipts. I stopped by this morning, and the manager this morning again was for helpful and understood the issue, and gave me a refund for the battery. I'll continue to shop at Autozone, just like every other place there are one or two bad employees, but there are others who are helpful and want to keep customers.
