- RFRick Faolang4 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience at this AutoZone. The store manager, Kenzie, was noticeably rude and seemed bothered that customers needed help. Simple questions were met with short responses and an attitude that made it feel like customer service was an inconvenience. It also appeared that she was unwilling to step in and assist when the store was busy, which led to longer wait times and frustrated customers. A manager should be setting the example for helpful and professional behavior, but that was definitely not the case during my visit. AutoZone has always been a place I could count on for knowledgeable assistance, but this visit left a very negative impression. I hope management looks into improving the level of professionalism and customer care at this location.

Kenzie assisted me with the exchange ensuring I received the correct one and suggested putting a dryer lint with the new one for a fresh scent. If you have never changed the in car air filter, it makes a world of difference.
