  I've taken two cars to this body shop to get fixed. The first time - driving away, the car had some type of significant steering and/or suspension-type issues. They said it was a bad tie rod. Purchased a replacement, went to install it and the lug nuts on the wheel were only hand tightened. But they did a decent job on the paint so I brought my next car repaired to them. This was a disaster. First round they had it for 3 weeks, returned it with some of the worst paintwork I've ever seen on a car... Paint was sagging (runs), inconsistent finish, dimples and dust particles embedded in the paint. Pre-collision sensors were not calibrated properly. Wiper fluid lines (Front/Rear) were improperly reinstalled. Suspension was not properly fixed and the car was extremely unstable on the highway. Car was not properly aligned, and tire pressure was 25 psi high on one, and 10 psi low on the other three. The tire pressure sensor light was on so they should have noticed. After 5 weeks, and a promised repaint of the affected panels, all they did was wet sand it, so many of the imperfections persisted. But at that point, it had been 8 weeks so I gave up. The rest of the issues were properly resolved. I won't be back. The one positive, they were friendly and kept me up to date on the issues, and picked up the rental car fees that my insurance no longer covered due to the length of time they had it. Interior of the car was good, but the exterior had rust spots all over the car that had to be polished out.

  I hit a coyote in my Honda Odyssey. My insurance listed Gerber as one of the preferred vendors. I was overly impressed with the speed and communication during the process, but the amazing thing was the finished product. Zin and Jamie made things super easy. I'm not saying it's the standard service, but they detailed the interior, too!

  Nick and his team are beyond incredible. My vehicle came in needing body work thanks to our local deer population, and they were able to work with me on getting everything together while I could still use my vehicle for my family needs. Once they started, they were super fast and the work was flawless! They even washed and vacuumed it out for me! I don't think I would ever recommend anywhere else over this team!

  Incredible work, and everything about the place is awesome! I had some questions after my work was done about my air conditioning, and Zen and the manager, Nick, had me bring my car in. They looked it all over at no charge to make sure everything was right. We found out my questions had nothing to do with the work that was done, but they still took care of me. Zen also filled in a scratch on my car that was not in the bid. Highly recommend!
