The customer service and salesmanship from Caleb was on point. He was very knowledgeable and professional making recommendations needed for my vehicle. Staffing was excellent for a Friday as there was a minimal wait time. Staff is honest, does not attempt to sell you on something you don’t need and educates, building trust. This Is my go to location! Highly recommend.

Also, had to get a new battery and the manager personally drove all the way to the KC Wornall location to grab it and back to LS because they didn't have it in stock at the LS store. Incredible customer service! So thoughtful, caring and knowledgable.

Not only did they provide the oil change lightning quick, they also took the time to fix my car hood which wasn’t shutting properly, without complaints or getting visibly frustrated at the inconvenience. Calvin in specific was very respectful, helpful and attentive. And for everything they did, I couldn’t ask for a better price!! Would highly recommend!!
