    Penske is great at offering a guaranty that "the truck you have reserved will be available at the location you reserve". I have made the mistake of TRYING to rent a truck from them twice -- about seven years apart. Each time I was disappointed, the first time they offered me a 15' truck when I reserved a 26' truck. This week when I showed up there were NO trucks available. When I asked what the guaranty meant, the man shrugged his shoulders. He said Penske often does not have the truck that is reserved available and that the guaranty is a joke. NOTE: that is an agent of Penske talking! Don't waste your time trying to rent from these fools.
