He explained everything they were going to do and don’t push any unnecessary services. Tessa was very respectful with my vehicle which you cannot say about all technicians. Tessa hadn’t worked with my specific vehicle before and made sure to ask questions and not just experiment which I really appreciate because you will not always get that. Tessa also got some oil on my frame when changing my filter and took time to tell me she had done it and cleaned it up very nicely. Jd also let me know about the oil on the frame and said to come by again if I noticed any that they hadn’t cleaned. These two are exceptional at their jobs and this location will now be my Go-to for all three of my vehicles in the future. JD and Tessa should be recognized and made sure that they know that they are exceptional at their jobs and should be in charge of training more employees.
