She assured me all will be good upon my arrival. That was definitely the case once I arrived. Upon my arrival, I assumed the lady passing by me was ‘Jaz’ of course not, 🫣 it was Kirsten. As I went to the counter for assistance from Kirsten, she assured me she would take care of me. My customer experience with her was exceptional (now in person). She was very friendly, her golden smile, friendliness, professionalism and even she went over and beyond to make my experience perfect. For this reason is why I’m writing a review (I normally don’t do this 😳). However these 2 ladies, pressed upon my heart to share my experience. Hopefully their management staff will recognize these 2 ladies. They both provided me with their card and Kirsten said if I need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out via email. Thanks to both ladies for all you did for me on yesterday to lessen my border of needing this rental car, due to my circumstance.😢😭 Yay, Yay to both of you 🙌🏼🤩🙌🏼. If or when I need another rental, I will not hesitate to reach out to Enterprise Leasing in Lee’s Summit on 3rd street. Thanks Enterprise for entrusting both ‘Jaz’ and ‘Kirsten’ as front line employees with serving this community in Lee’s Summit. 🙏🏼

EVERYTHING CAN BE HANDLED IN ADVANCE SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO SPEND ALOT OF TIME AT THEIR OFFICE. THE PROCESS IS QUIK AND EFFICIENT, AND THE VEHICLE SELECTION IS GREAT. IF YOU NEED TO RENT A CAR I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE.
