The employees did appear to just be pushing people out of the store rather than focusing on their current customer. Rental went smoothly. Was told by employee that they would be open on New Year's Day. This was false.

Everyone was really clear about when the vehicle would be ready, what to expect if I chose their insurance or waived it, and the expectations for vehicle return. I was debating whether we should even rent something for our jaunt to Branson (we just wanted to try a different vehicle outside of our daily drivers) and I am so glad we decided to seize the day and take the opportunity Enterprise granted us! We really liked the Atlas and the comfort it provided. Thanks so much to the Lee's Summit team for making our experience positive...all were great but especially Sarah was very helpful. :-)
- AAAdam ADec 25, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. When I picked up my rental vehicle, it was dirty and not properly prepared. The windshield washer fluid was completely empty, which is a basic safety issue—especially during winter or bad weather. A rental car should be clean and fully serviced before being given to a customer. This experience showed a lack of attention to detail and quality control. I expected much better from a company like Enterprise.

They arrived 5 minutes after the collision center closed. I had to wait outside in the cold. I was suppose to be charged $21.70 for the total of 10 days They charged $158.00.
