I recently had the joy of renting a 2025 White Volkswagon Atlas from this location and it was great! I loved everything about the vehicle. Although I had to learn how to drive it, given it was completely different from my original car; once I got used to it, it was great. I had my first wreck back in January of this year, completely unexpected, but they found me the vehicle within my price range, also from their amazing effort on being on top of communicating with my insurance company etc. Tate was also very professional and made my experience there really great. Thank you!

I had reserved a car. I called the store to make sure they had the car they said they did. I drive 45 mins only to find out it wasn’t there and they wanted to switch cars. I didn’t want to as I didn’t want a truck or suv. So they tell me it wouldn’t be there till tomorrow. So I drove back 45 mins out of my way. Now it’s the next day and they say it still isn’t available but there’s another car. A different car not the one I first reserved. I have been lied to and mistreated by this company. I obviously wouldn’t recommend enterprise to anyone for anything.

I had changed to a cheaper car due to the repair shops long timeline. I was contacted by Enterprise to swap vehicles for maintenance on the car I was in. Made an appt for next day. When I went for exchange, they put me in a van. I clearly said that was fine, but it needed to be the same rate as the car I swapped from as I was going to hit my max inevitably. After a few min, he ensured me he would "do me a favor" and set it to the lower rate. Fast forward, this was not the case. When I spoke with an asst manager (Tate) he assured me he would adjust it as a favor for the inconvenience. He also said he would call the body shop to see if they will cover once over my policy max since they were taking so long. This call left me feeling better. But then, Tate never called the shop or myself. A couple days later my car was finally ready. There were notes of contacting the shop. It wasn't ever done. Returned the rental. I had a similar discussion with another asst. Manager. He assured me that charges would be ended and that they would call and he'd leave a note for Tate who was returning the following day. Never heard a word. Got my rental receipt via email. Guess they never bothered to call the shop or myself. Extremely poor experience.
As a previous enterprise employee I know that the employees are worried most about upsells, but it's a very bad look and experience to be flat out lied to on multiple occasions. Customer service needs some serious work here.
