- EWEmily WalkerNov 11, 20251.0The rental office charged me over $120 in late charges, despite my returning my car on time. Because I was returning my car from a different location, the attendant said she needed to "confirm my rental with the other location", and then did not process my return for several hours, leading to the late charges. Budget Rental needs to resolve this charge, this is a completely unprofessional and unacceptable way to treat customers. Really disappointing.
