  The rental office charged me over $120 in late charges, despite my returning my car on time. Because I was returning my car from a different location, the attendant said she needed to "confirm my rental with the other location", and then did not process my return for several hours, leading to the late charges. Budget Rental needs to resolve this charge, this is a completely unprofessional and unacceptable way to treat customers. Really disappointing.

  Got rental recently for an out of town trip. Travon did great making sure it was clean and ready for me. Ashley and DeAnn did great with going through paperwork and answering all my questions. They were very easy to work with and extremely friendly.

  Miss Ashley is my favorite rental lady. She always walks through everything with me and makes sure i get what i need. Always going to come back. They do a great job.

  Ashley and Travon are amazing to work with. They made my day with a smile and worked with me through the whole process very detailed and answered all my questions. Will definitely be back.
