I also let him know I already had it but if he had anything that was better. Can he suggest the guy is talking to me like I am stupid and I don't know what i want..and I was very clear. So he goes again what do you want. Was not listening at all so I just straight out asked do you deal with blk/women and hung up i feel the way i feel it was unprofessional and bs when you are happy and just looking for help

The next day, though, we noticed a rubbing noise. So, we called Blackjack - on a Saturday when they were closed - to see about getting it in on Monday. Within a few minutes, Brad called us back and said, "Bring it in. We'll take a look." They got it in right away, located the issue, and corrected it. I'm not expecting a business to always get everything right the first time. But being willing to look it over and correct any mistakes is a sign of integrity. I don't know how much work we can bring to Blackjack, but we will definitely recommend them to others.
